| 1 | Remove the left and right underfloor paneling | AR61.30-P-1001W | |
| 2 | Remove screws/bolts (1) and remove struts (2) | ||
| 3 | Have the rear exhaust system (3) supported by an assistant | ||
| 4 | Remove mounting clamps (4) | ||
| 5 | Remove screw/bolt/bolts (5) | ||
| 6 | Remove rear exhaust system (3) with the aid of an assistant | ||
| Clean | |||
| 7 | Remove combustion and corrosion residue at separating points | ||
| Check | |||
| 8 | Check elastomer bearing (6) for damage; replace if necessary | ||
| Install | |||
| 9 | Replace seal on rear exhaust system (3) | ||
| 10 | Position rear exhaust system (3) on left and right CAT with the aid of an assistant and support | ||
| 11 | Position bracket on undercarriage and screw in screw/bolts (5) | *BA49.10-P-1012-01AI | |
| 12 | Mount mounting clamps (4) | *BA49.10-P-1005-01AI | |
| 13 | Position struts (2) on undercarriage and screw in screw/bolts (1) | *BA61.10-P-1005-01A | |

| 14 | Check installation position and unobstructed movement of all components of the exhaust system | ||

from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury
(bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Perform an engine test run and check exhaust system for leak tightness |
