7 Remove safety clips (9) and bolts (10, 11) and remove front lock hydraulic cylinder (1) from front lock (5) NOTES
Do not kink hydraulic lines (12). Otherwise the hydraulic lines (12) can be damaged.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT When installing a new front lock hydraulic cylinder (1), pull out piston rod (14) so that bolt (11) can be installed when the front lock (5) is released. Ensure that the piston rod (14) is not pulled too far out, because it cannot be pushed back into the front lock hydraulic cylinder (1) without difficulty.

8 Mark connection location of hydraulic lines (12) on front lock hydraulic cylinder (1) IMPORTANT The hydraulic lines (12) are marked. There are no marks on the front lock hydraulic cylinder (1).
9 Remove hydraulic lines (12) from front lock hydraulic cylinder (1) NOTES
Vehicle interior must be covered.
Otherwise the vehicle interior can be soiled with hydraulic fluid running out.
IMPORTANT 2 hydraulic lines (12) are connected to the left front lock hydraulic cylinder (1) and 4 hydraulic lines (12) to the right front lock hydraulic cylinder (1).
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace sealing rings at connections and coat with hydraulic oil. For this purpose us refill bottle. It is filled with the required hydraulic oil and is available as replacement part.
