Remove/install washer fluid reservoir of windshield washer system - AR82.35-P-6000RK

	Remove/install
1	Unclip expansion rivet (1)	Clip remover	Fig 3
2	Detach complete wheel at right front
			AP40.10-P-4050EW
3	Remove rear fender liner at front right		AR88.10-P-1300RK
4	Remove filler neck (12)	To do so, pull filler neck (12) upwards and out of the windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6).
5	Unhook hoses (5) from windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6)
6	Disconnect electrical connectors (8)
7	Push windshield washer system pump (M5/1) out of windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6) and place with connected hoses to one side	Collect escaping washer fluid using suitable container.

8	Push headlamp cleaning system pump (M5/2) out of windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6) and allow it to hang down at one side with connected hoses	On vehicles with headlamp cleaning system.

9	Unscrew bolt (7)
10	Pull windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6) forward until the electrical connector (4) is accessible
11	Detach electrical connector (4) from washer fluid level switch (S42)
12	Unclip cable tie clip (3) from windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6)
13	Pinch off coolant hoses (11)	Model 231 with code 875 (Heated windscreen washer system)
		Clamp	Fig 5
14	Release spring bracket clamps (10)	Model 231 with code 875 (Heated windscreen washer system)
		Hose clamp pliers	Fig 6
15	Detach coolant hoses (11) from connection fitting of washer fluid reservoir heat exchanger (9)	Model 231 with code 875 (Heated windscreen washer system) Collect escaping washer fluid using suitable container.
16	Remove ATA [EDW] alarm siren from windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6)	Model 231 with code 882 (Interior motion sensor)	AR80.50-P-9840RK
17	Remove windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6)
18	Install in the reverse order
19	Fill windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (6)
			AP82.35-P-8210EW
	Check
20	Check function of windshield washer system and headlamp cleaning system
			AP82.30-P-8252RK
