	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (1)	Perform only those operation steps required for the removal of the heat exchanger cover (2).	AR82.35-P-6000RK
2	Use mounting wedge to unclip heat exchanger lid (2) from windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (1)	Mounting wedge	Figure
3	Remove heat exchanger (3) from windshield washer system washer fluid reservoir (1)
4	Install in the reverse order
