	Remove/install
	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
1	Buffer basic data from media interface control unit (N125/1) using Star Diagnosis	Only when replacing media interface control unit (N125/1).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory	The basic data are required for initial startup of the new media interface control unit (N125/1).	AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key (A8/1) or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button (S2/3) from electronic ignition lock control unit (N73)	KEYLESS-GO start/stop button (S2/3) only with CODE 889 (KEYLESS-GO).
3	Remove stowage compartment in rear center console		AR68.20-P-2460RK
4	Unscrew nut (1) and remove media interface control unit (N125/1)	Pull media interface control unit (N125/1) out of the side retaining tabs first and then pull downwards.
5	Disconnect electrical connector (2)
6	Disconnect electrical connectors (3) and remove media interface control unit (N125/1)
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Transfer buffered basic data to media interface control unit (N125/1) using Star Diagnosis	Only when replacing media interface control unit (N125/1).
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
