Remove/install LED module for front lamp unit - AR82.10-P-4656RKM

MODEL 231 with CODE 642 (Headlamps, LED, dynamic, right-side traffic)

	Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge		AH54.00-P-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Carry out initial startup of left front or right front LED module (4)	When replacing the LED module (4). Note Data Matrix code on left front lamp unit or right front lamp unit.	AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key
3	Turn left or right front wheel towards the inside
4	Release fender liner in front area until LED module (4) is accessible		AR88.10-P-1300RK
5	Remove screws/bolts (4s) of LED module (4)
6	Remove LED module (4) from left front or right front lamp unit (1) until electrical connector is accessible	Ensure that seal at LED module (4) is seated correctly.
7	Disconnect electrical connector from LED module (4) and remove LED module (4)
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Attach Data Matrix code adhesive label to left front or right front lamp unit (1)	When replacing the LED module (4). The Data Matrix code adhesive label is included with the replacement part.
