	Remove/install
1	Lower rack-and-pinion steering.	: Install front and center sections of lower engine compartment paneling only after a leak test.	AR46.20-P-0600LF
2	Remove drain screw (3) and collect engine oil in a suitable container.
			AP18.00-P-0101MNL
3	Tighten drain screw (3).	: Install new drain screw (3).
		Plastic drain screw to oil pan bottom section	*BA01.45-P-1007-01Y
4	Unclip noise damper from oil pan bottom section (1) and remove downward.
5	Remove screws (2), remove oil pan bottom section (1), and catch escaping engine oil in a suitable container.	Oil pan bottom section tightening procedure : Install new profiled seal in oil pan bottom section (1). Observe tightening procedure of the screws (2).	AR01.45-P-7500-08MNL
		Screw, oil pan bottom section to oil pan center section/oil pan top section	*BA01.45-P-1006-01Y
6	Clean sealing surfaces on oil pan bottom section (1) and oil pan top section.	Do not use sharp-edged tools. Otherwise, this damages the sealing surfaces.
		Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
7	Remove brackets of the noise damper on the oil pan bottom section (1).	When replacing the oil pan bottom section (1).
8	Install in the reverse order.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Carry out engine test run and check engine for proper operation and leak tightness.
10	Install front and center section of the bottom engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-P-1105LF
