Remove Spare Tire Well - Ar64.20-P-1245-01LF

The superordinate service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.

1. Remove screws (2).
2. Roughly separate spare wheel well (1) along embossment (arrow A).

   Do not make separating cut too close along embossment (arrow A).

   Otherwise the components below can be damaged.

3. Remove spare wheel well (1).

4. Separate adhesive bead between remaining piece of spare wheel well (1.1) and body (area B).

   Remaining piece of spare wheel well (1.1) is bonded to body.

5. Remove remaining piece of spare wheel well (1.1).

6. Remove remaining adhesive material on body in cross-hatched area.
7. Remove loose adhesive material.
8. Repair bare parts with touchup applicator.
9. Prepare bonding surface in crosshatched area for installation.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of adhesive material.
