Remove/Install Rear Floor Covering - AR68.20-P-4800GQX

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
  When removing rear floor covering     
1 Fold rear seats toward front    
2 Remove door sill from rear doors   AR68.30-P-4100GQ 
3 Remove cover (4)    
4 Remove plastic shells (3)    
5 Pull out floor covering (1) below side paneling (2) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that floor covering (1) is laid correctly below side paneling (2).  
    SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge Fig 3

6 Remove floor covering (1) INSTALLATION NOTES
Ensure that floor covering (1) is routed correctly on frame floor.
Otherwise the electrical lines can be damaged
IMPORTANT Helper required.
 
  When removing front floor covering     
7 Remove front seats   AR91.10-P-1000GQ
8 Remove rear seats MODEL 166.82nd seat row AR91.12-P-1000GQ
9 Remove door sill from front and rear doors   AR68.30-P-4100GQ 
10 Pull floor covering (5) out below B-pillar paneling (6) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that floor covering (5) is laid correctly below B-pillar paneling (6).

11 Pull out floor covering (5) toward rear below center console INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that floor covering (5) is laid correctly below center console.

12 Remove floor covering (5) INSTALLATION NOTES
Ensure that floor covering (5) is routed correctly on frame floor.
Otherwise the air ducting and electrical lines can be damaged.
IMPORTANT Helper required.
 
13 Install in the reverse order
