Remove/Install Active Roll Stabilization Valve Support - AR32.34-P-5030GQB

MODEL 166.0 with CODE 468 (ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM) Rear axle valve support 

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes from hydraulic fluid spraying out under pressure. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing hydraulic fluid.	Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on it. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Notes on repair work on suspension components		AH00.00-P-0100-01A
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	Notes on active roll stabilization		AH32.34-P-0001-01A
1	Remove propeller shaft		AR41.10-P-0050GQ
2	Remove heat shield under fuel tank
3	Detach lines (1) from valve support (2)		AR32.00-P-0001-01A
		Screw/bolt, oil line to valve block on front axle/rear axle	*BA32.34-P-1008-01A
		Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
		Record plug	Figure
4	Mark, release and disconnect electrical connections (3)
5	Unscrew bolts (2s) and remove valve support (2)	Screw/bolt, valve support to rear axle	*BA32.34-P-1006-01A
6	Detach bracket from valve support (2) and rear axle carrier	If necessary
		Screw/bolt, bracket to rear axle valve block	*BA32.34-P-1004-01A
		Screw/bolt, bracket to rear axle valve support	*BA32.34-P-1005-01A
	Check
7	Check rubber mounts (2g) of valve support (2)	Check the rubber mounts (2g) for wear and damage and that they are seated correctly; replace if necessary.
8	Install in the reverse order
9	Fill and bleed ACTIVE CURVE SYSTEM		AR32.34-P-0021GQ
