Remove/Install Right Rear Seat Backrest Cover - AR91.18-P-1878GQ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
  Risk of injury  . Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities. No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating range of the mechanism when moving components. AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
  Risk of injury  caused by performing testing or repair work on airbag or emergency tensioning retractor units. Store airbag units with deployment side facing up; do not expose to temperatures greater than 100 °C. When working on these units, disconnect the power supply. AS91.00-Z-0001-01A

1 Remove rear seat backrest MODEL 166.0
40% rear seat

2 Remove right rear seat MODEL 166.8
2nd seat row

3 Remove head restraint guides of rear seat backrest MODEL 166
2nd seat row
AR91.16-P-1775GZ 
4 Unclip adjustment lever (2) from rear seat backrest frame MODEL 166.0  
5 Remove covers (4) MODEL 166.0  
6 Unclip covers (4).    
7 Remove paneling of rear seat backrest MODEL 166
40% rear seat

8 Remove switch for folding rear seat backrest from rear seat backrest at top MODEL 166.8
with CODE 843 (Electric EASY-ENTRY)
 
9 Remove cover (1)) from rear seat backrest frame using assembly wedge (01) SPECIAL TOOL Mounting wedge Figure
10 Release and disconnect electrical connector (5) at sidebag INSTALLATION IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that electrical connector (5) is engaged correctly and electrical line is routed correctly.  
11 Disconnect electrical connector from seat heater MODEL 166
with CODE 872 (Heated rear seats)
 
12 Remove cover (1) and padding from rear seat backrest frame INSTALLATION IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that pocket (1a) is seated correctly at sidebag.  
13 Unhook staple wires of cover (1) at padding
out of clips (3)
INSTALLATION IMPORTANTInstallation:  Ensure that cover (1) is seated correctly at padding.  
14 Install in the reverse order
