| 1 | Open engine hood and raise to vertical position | Model 166, 292 with code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated) |

| 2 | Remove air/water duct (1) | AR83.25-P-1402GQ | |
| 3 | Detach front section of fender liner in left front fender | AR88.10-P-1310GQ | |
| 4 | Disconnect electrical connector and carefully disconnect washer fluid hoses with electrical wiring harness (5) from washer fluid pump (6) | ||
| 5 | Collect escaping washer fluid using suitable container | ||
| 6 | Remove seal (2) | ||
| 7 | Unclip cover (3) on one side and remove | ||
| 8 | Detach washer fluid hoses with electrical wiring harness (5) from guide (4) | ||
| 9 | Detach and remove washer fluid hoses with electrical wiring harness (5) from brackets | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order |
