	Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism.	When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).	AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position	Model 166, 292 except code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated)

2	Remove air-water duct (5)		AR83.25-P-1402GQ
2	Remove air-water duct (5)	The washer fluid hose (3) may not be detached from the spray nozzles (2). Otherwise the spray nozzles (2) break off. Spray nozzles (2) and washer fluid hose (3) form a unit up to washer fluid reservoir (4) and can therefore only be removed and exchanged together.

5	Detach washer fluid hose (3) from washer fluid reservoir (4) and collect escaping washer fluid	Model 166 (except 166.074), 292 except code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated) Correct routing of the washer fluid hose must be ensured.

6	Detach rubber grommet with washer fluid hose (3) and thread out washer fluid hose (3)	Model 166.074 except code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated)
7	Open lock on coolant hose holder (7)	Model 166 (except 166.074), 292 except code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated)
8	Unclip cover (6) and remove	Model 166 (except 166.074), 292 except code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated)
9	Detach washer fluid hose (3) from guide (8)	Model 166 (except 166.074), 292 except code 874 (MAGIC VISION CONTROL, heated)
10	Remove washer fluid hose (3) with spray nozzles (2) from engine compartment	Check for correct seating of rubber grommet and ensure washer fluid hose (3) is correctly routed.
11	Install in the reverse order
