	Remove
1	Lift vehicle with vehicle lift.		AR00.60-P-1000G
2	Mark installation position of shift cylinder (1) relative to axle tube.	If shift cylinder (1) is to be reused.
3	Remove union nut and disconnect electrical connector from shift cylinder (1).
4	Remove hydraulic line from switch cylinder (1) and seal openings using suitable stop plug.	Brake fluid must not leak out. Otherwise the paint will be damaged. Collect any escaping brake fluid using rags. Record plug	Fig 1

5	Unscrew screws of shift cylinder (1) on axle tube and remove shift cylinder (1).
	Install
6	Install shift cylinder (1).	Replace seal. Note the previously made marking when reusing the shift cylinder (1).	*BA33.40-P-1003-01A
		Bolt, shift cylinder to axle tube If the shift cylinder (1) was disassembled or parts of the differential lock were replaced, ↓ adjust the shift cylinder (1). Adjust shift cylinder for differential lock of front axle	AR33.40-P-0406-01A
7	Connect electrical connector to shift cylinder (1) and attach union nut.
8	Attach hydraulic line to shift cylinder (1).	Union nut, hydraulic line to shift cylinder/differential lock	*BA35.40-P-1008-01A
