DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SHIFT CYLINDER

Attach shift cylinder (1) to axle tube and tighten screws of shift cylinder (1) lightly by hand.
The shift cylinder (1) must still be able to be moved easily by hand.
Operate shift cylinder (1) and engage dog clutch.
Slide shift cylinder (1) up to noticeable end stop of dog clutch.
The inner spring must not be tensioned during this process. The shift cylinder (1) must not move back when released.
Tighten screws of shift cylinder (1) .
