	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust. 	Remove/install
1	Loosen right underfloor paneling.	Model 205 with engine 276.8 with code 598 (Gasoline particulate filter (OPF) with sensor system)	AR61.30-P-1001LW
		Model 213, 238 with engine 276.8 with code 598 (Gasoline particulate filter (OPF) with sensor system)	AR61.30-P-1001LWE
2	Release electrical connector (1) and disconnect.
3	Unclip sensor module (2) from bracket (3).
4	Unscrew temperature sensor upstream of gasoline particulate filter (B163/4) and take it out of the gasoline particulate filter.	Coat thread with hot lubrication paste.

		Temperature sensor upstream of gasoline particulate filter to exhaust system	*BA07.04-P-1004-01E
5	Remove center exhaust system.	Model 205 with engine 276 with code 598 (Gasoline particulate filter (OPF) with sensor system)	AR49.10-P-7283LW

6	Remove heat shield above the center exhaust system with the temperature sensor upstream of gasoline particulate filter (B163/4).
7	Unclip the electric line (4) from the heat shield above the center exhaust system and remove the temperature sensor upstream of gasoline particulate filter (B163/4).
8	Install in the reverse order.
9	Read out and delete fault memory.

	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10	Perform engine test run and check exhaust system in terms of leak tightness.
