	Risk of burn injuries,  suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out O' the hazard area.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A

3	Remove rear reinforcement
4	Remove rear diagonal struts	Engine 274.9 in model 213.2
5	Remove NOx temperature sensor from exhaust system (1)	Engine 274.9 in model 213 with code 920 (Direct fuel injection with stratified charging)	AR07.70-P-0006MRD
6	Remove NOx sensor from exhaust system (1)	Engine 274.9 in model 213 with code 920 (Direct fuel injection with stratified charging)	AR07.70-P-0001MRD
7	Support exhaust system (1) 000 588 11 62 00 Major assembly mount		WS01.00-P-0092B
	000 588 10 62 00 Support plate		WS26.00-P-3309B
8	Remove clamp (3)
9	Remove exhaust system (1) from bracket (4)
10	Remove front elastomer bearing from bracket (5)
11	Remove bracket (6) from body
12	Remove exhaust system (1)	Helper required.
	Install
13	Remove combustion and corrosion residues on the connecting points from exhaust system (1) and CAT (2)
14	Check front and rear elastomer bearings for damage and replace if necessary
15	Position exhaust system (1) on undercarriage and support 000 588 10 62 00 Support plate		WS26.00-P-3309B
	000 588 11 62 00 Major assembly mount	Helper required.	WS01.00-P-0092B
16	Attach holder (6) to body	Bolt, bracket for suspension for rear exhaust system to body	*BA49.10-P-1011-02G
17	Attach front elastomer bearing on bracket (5)
18	Tighten nuts for bracket (4) slightly by hand
19	Tighten new clamp (3) slightly by hand
20	Align exhaust system (1) tension-free
21	Tighten nut on bracket (4)	Nut, decoupling element for front exhaust system to bracket	*BA49.10-P-1009-02G
22	Tighten new clamp (3)	Clamp at catalytic converter and front exhaust system	*BA49.10-P-1002-02G
23	Attach NOx sensor at exhaust system (1)	Engine 274.9 in model 213 with code 920 (Direct fuel injection with stratified charging)	AR07.70-P-0001MRD
24	Attach NOx temperature sensor on exhaust system (1)	Engine 274.9 in model 213 with code 920 (Direct fuel injection with stratified charging)	AR07.70-P-0006MRD
25	Install rear diagonal struts	Engine 274.9 in model 213.2 Bolt, rear diagonal strut to spare wheel well/body	*BA61.10-P-1008-01L
26	Install rear reinforcement	M6X1	*BA00.10-P-1002-04A
		Bolt, rear reinforcement to frame floor assembly	*BA61.10-P-1004-01L
27	Install side underfloor paneling		AR61.30-P-1001LWE
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
28	Carry out an engine test run and check exhaust system for leaktightness
