REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Switch on ignition, select "Open camera cover" item in "Reversing camera" or "360° camera" menu and confirm. IMPORTANT The cover (1) opens.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT The cover (1) closes when the ignition is switched off or if the vehicle is driven forward.
 
2 Release both catches (arrows B) on swivel drive (9) and pull off cover (1).    
3 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). INSTALLATION IMPORTANT In the "Reversing camera" or "360° camera" menu, select the item "Open camera cover" and confirm  
4 Remove trim from trunk lid. Model 205.3

5 Remove trunk lock. Model 205.3

6 Unscrew bolts (2).    
7 Push back catch hook (arrow A), remove swivel drive (9) and disconnect electrical connectors (4, 5). NOTES When removing and inserting swivel drive (9), do not apply any lateral force to guide bars (8). Otherwise the guide bars (8) can break.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check drainage fitting (arrow C) is correctly seated in feed-through grommet (3).
IMPORTANT Do not pull electrical wiring harness (6) out further.
The marking (arrow D) must be in the outer guide (7).
 
8 Open cap (10) on swivel drive (9).    
9 Open clamp (11) and remove reversing camera (B84/3) or camera for rear 360° camera (B84/10).    
10 Install in the reverse order.    
11 Commission reversing camera (B84/3) using vehicle diagnosis system. Model 205.3/4
with code 218 (Rear view camera)
except code 235 (Active Parking Assist)
When replacing reversing camera (B84/3).

12.1 Calibrate rear 360° camera (B84/10) or reversing camera (B84/3) using diagnostic system. Model 205.3/4
