Remove/Install Yaw Rate And Lateral Acceleration Sensor - AR42.45-P-0841W

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
NOTES Information on preventing damage to electronic components due to electrostatic discharge   AH54.00-P-0001-01A
NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and Bolts   AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1 Remove left front seat   AR91.10-P-1000W
2 Remove scuff plate (1)    
3 Fold floor covering (2) far enough to one side until the yaw rate sensor for lateral and longitudinal acceleration (B24/15) is accessible    
4 Disconnect electrical connector (3) on yaw rate, lateral and longitudinal acceleration sensor (B24/15)    
5 Unscrew nuts (4) and remove yaw rate sensor for lateral and longitudinal acceleration (B24/15) from floor panel NOTES Handle sensor (B24/15) with care. It is sensitive to impact and can therefore be easily damaged.
TORQUE SPECIFICATION
*BA42.45-P-1003-01M 
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read and erase diagnostic trouble code memory   AD00.00-P-2000-04A
8 Carry out road test using STAR DIAGNOSIS IMPORTANT Under "control units" - "chassis" - "Adaptive Brake" - "control unit adaptations" select the "road test" menu item and process all steps.
