| 2 | Remove charge air pipe downstream of charge air cooler | AR09.41-P-8620RKC | |
| 3 | Remove low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1) | *BA09.41-P-1010-01Q | |
| 4 | Remove screw/bolt (3) | *BA15.18-P-1001-01D | |
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connection (4) | ||
| 6 | Unclip electrical line (5) from retaining clamp (arrow) | ||
| 7 | Lift cable duct (6) and expose electrical line (5) | Do not lift cable duct (6) too high. The cable duct (6) will get damaged otherwise. |

| 8 | Remove screw/bolts (7) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | *BA30.20-P-1001-01D | |
| 9 | Take out throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 11 | Venting air from low-temperature circuit | AR20.00-P-1145H | |
| Check | |||
| 12 | Check low-temperature circuit cooling system for leaktightness | AR09.41-P-1010RKC | |
