	Remove/install
1	Remove left and right air filter housing	ENGINE 279 in MODEL 231 with CODE 460 (Canada version) with CODE 494 (US version)	AR09.10-P-1150MUC
		ENGINE 279 in MODEL 231 without CODE 460 (Canada version) without CODE 494 (US version)	AR09.10-P-1150RKC
2	Detach charge air cooler (1) on the right and place with attached coolant lines to one side	For removal of the center charge air line (2) and charge air pipe (3).	AR09.41-P-6817RKC
3	Detach charge air cooler (4) on the left and place with attached coolant lines to one side	When removing the left charge air pipe (5).	AR09.41-P-6817RKC
4	Loosen clamp (6) and remove charge air line (2) downstream of charge air cooler	Clean and degrease inside of charge air line (2) as well as its connection fitting at charge air cooler (M16/6).

5.1	Remove screw/bolt (7), take off retaining clamp (8) and remove charge air pipe (5)	When removing the left charge air pipe (5). Replace O-ring. Screw/bolt, charge air line spring U-bolt to turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1011-01Q
5.2	Remove screw/bolt (9), take off retaining clamp (10) and remove charge air pipe (3)	When removing the right charge air pipe (3). Replace O-ring. Screw/bolt, charge air line spring U-bolt to turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1011-01Q
6	Install in the reverse order
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7	Carry out an engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaktightness
