Remove/install radiator - AR20.20-P-3865RKC

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot contemporary. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
NOTES Notes on coolant   AH20.00-N-2080-01A
1 Remove fan unit   AR20.40-P-5050RKC 
2 Drain coolant   AR20.00-P-1142RKC 
3 Disconnect coolant hoses (1, 2, 3, 4) from cooler (5) IMPORTANT To do this open couplings and detach coolant hose. AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
4 Unclip radiator (5) on right and left in place (arrow).    
5 Unclip holding clamps (6) on upper right and left on radiator (5)    
6 Take out radiator (5) in an upward direction    
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Check cooling system for leaktightness   AR20.00-P-1010RKC 
INSPECT Check     
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9 Perform an engine test run and check cooling system for function and leaktightness
