Remove/install low temperature water circuit radiator - AR09.41-P-6935RKC

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove engine radiator   AR20.20-P-3865RKC
DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

2 Drain coolant   AR09.41-P-6834RKC 
IMPORTANT Notes on coolant   AH20.00-N-2080-01A
3 Detach coolant hoses (1, 2) at cooler for low-temperature water circuit (3) IMPORTANT Collect coolant which flows out in a suitable container.  
4 Remove retaining clamps (4) between radiator for low-temperature water circuit (3) and condenser    
5 Unclip radiator for low-temperature water circuit (3) (arrow)    
6 Remove radiator for low-temperature water circuit (3) upwards    
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Venting air from low-temperature circuit   AR20.00-P-1145H
INSPECT Check     
9 Check low-temperature circuit cooling system for leaktightness   AR09.41-P-1010RKC 
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10 Carry out an engine test run, checking the low-temperature circuit for proper operation and leaktightness
