| 2 | Remove sealing (1) at bulkhead (3) | ||
| 3 | Unscrew nut (2) | ||
| 4.1 | Unhook purging switchover valve (Y58/1) and place to one side with electrical lines connected | Model 197 | |
| 4.2 | Unhook left purge switchover valve, or right purge switchover valve and place to one side with electrical lines connected | Model 190 | |
| 5 | Remove bolt (5) | ||
| 6 | Detach bulkhead (3) and place to one side | ||
| 7 | Remove bolt (6) | ||
| 8 | Unscrew nut (8) | ||
| 9 | Pull out refrigerant lines (9) at expansion valve (10) | ||
| Compressor oils (specification 362.1) | BB00.40-P-0362-01A | ||
| 10 | Seal openings at expansion valve (10) and refrigerant lines (9) with suitable stop plugs | The refrigerant lines (9) and expansion valve (10) openings must be sealed using suitable stop plugs. Otherwise, penetrating dirt and moisture will damage the air conditioning system. |
