Secure Vehicle On Vehicle Lift - AR00.60-P-0100RG

	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Mount/detach
1	Pry vehicle lift support point (1) out of longitudinal members	Do not use sharp-edged tools. This can result in damage to the longitudinal member.
2	Install rubber plates (6) on vehicle lift safety devices (4)	If no rubber plates (6) are installed on the vehicle lift safety devices (4).
		Check rubber plate (6) and replace if necessary.

3	Insert vehicle lift safety devices (4) into longitudinal member	The vehicle lift safety devices (4) must always  be mounted in pairs (i.e. at two positions) into the longitudinal members of the vehicle. The vehicle lift safety devices (4) can be mounted both at the front or at the rear they may not be mounted on one side of the vehicle or diagonally on it. Vehicle hoist securing tool	Fig 2
4	Swivel levers (5) of vehicle lift safety devices (4) to the right until the levers (5) are secured vehicle lift safety devices (4) are firmly seated.	Thus, the vehicle lift safety devices (4) are locked onto the longitudinal members. Check that
5	Turn support plates (3) of vehicle lift support arms (2) far enough until they make contact with the vehicle lift safety devices (4) or vehicle lift support points (1) of the longitudinal members
6	Raise vehicle with vehicle lift		AR00.60-P-1000RG
7	Secure vehicle lift safety devices (4) using tensioning straps on the vehicle lift support arms (2)
8	Dismantle in reverse order
