| 1 | Drain coolant from low temperature circuit | AR09.41-P-6834MNB | |
| 2 | Remove right air filter housing | AR09.10-P-1150MNB | |
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connection (1) on right bypass air switchover valve (4) and unclip electrical line | ||
| 4 | Loosen mounting clamps (5, 6) | ||
| 5 | Remove screw/bolts (8) | ||
| 6 | Remove coolant pipe (7) upwards | ||
| 7 | Detach upper charge air hose at charge air cooler (11) | AR09.41-P-1311-01AL | |
| 8 | Detach upper coolant hose on charge air cooler (11) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 9 | Detach lower coolant hose on charge air cooler (11) | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |
| 10 | Detach lower charge air hose on charge air cooler (11) | *BA09.41-P-1002-01X | |
| 11 | Pull charge air cooler (11) up and out | ||
| 12 | Detach right bypass air switchover valve (4) on charge air cooler (11) | When replacing the charge air cooler (11). | |
