	Risk of burn injuries  , suffocation and poisoning when working on the exhaust system and the components connected to it. Risk of suffocation and risk of poisoning caused by inhalation of gaseous and solid components of the exhaust. Risk of poisoning  caused by skin contact with solid components of the exhaust.	Wear protective clothing and safety glasses. Use the extraction system. Move people out of the danger zone.	AS49.00-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A

	Remove/install
1	Remove rear underfloor paneling.		AR61.30-P-1001RG
2	Remove reinforcements (8, 9).	Bolt/nut, rear reinforcement below exhaust system to crossmember/thrust arm	*BA61.10-P-1006-01I
		Bolt/nut, rear reinforcement under exhaust system to longitudinal member	*BA61.10-P-1003-01I
3	Support exhaust system with major assembly mount.
	000 588 24 62 00 Major assembly mount		WS01.00-P-0253B
4	Release and disconnect electrical connectors at actuator motors (4).
5	Open clamps (1).	Replace clamps (1).
		Bolt, rear muffler clamp to pipe	*BA49.10-P-1005-01AG
6	Remove screws at brackets (3).	Bolt for exhaust system suspension fastening at the rear	*BA49.10-P-1003-01AG
7	Remove right and left heat shield under brackets (5).	Model 190.477/478 with Engine 178
8	Remove screws from brackets (5).	Bolt for exhaust system suspension fastening at the rear	*BA49.10-P-1003-01AG
9	Remove stiffener (7).	Bolt, rear reinforcement to frame floor assembly	*BA61.10-P-1002-01I
		Bolt, front reinforcement on frame floor assembly	*BA61.10-P-1001-01I
10	Detach exhaust system at catalytic converters and remove.	Aid of helper required.
11	Install in the reverse order.
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when Engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the Engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Perform Engine test run and check exhaust system for leak tightness.
