	Risk of fire  /risk of explosion due to short circuit and escaping oxyhydrogen gas. Risk of (burn) injury caused by caustic burns to eyes, skin and mucous membranes from battery electrolyte/mist, short circuit and arcing. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing battery electrolyte or absorption of lead through the skin or body orifices. Risk of death  due to voltage U >= 30 V AC and U >= 60 V DC.	No fires, sparks, open flames, or smoking. Wear acid-resistant gloves, clothing, and glasses. Pour battery acid only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.	AS54.10-Z-0001-01A

	Remove/install
1	Print out checklist for transport safety of on-board electrical system battery (G1).	Model 190 with code U98 (LITHIUM-ION STARTER BATTERY (LISS)) When replacing the on-board electrical system battery (G1).

2	Answer questions on checklist regarding transport safety of installed on-board electrical system battery (G1).	Model 190 with code U98 (LITHIUM-ION STARTER BATTERY (LISB)) When replacing the on-board electrical system battery (G1).
3	Release and disconnect electrical connector (7).	Model 190 with code U98 (LITHIUM-ION STARTER BATTERY (LISB))
4	Disconnect ground line (1) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).		AR54.10-P-0003RG
5	Remove nut (3).	Bolt, battery angle bracket to battery frame	*BA54.10-P-1006-01G
6	Place lashing strap (2) with angle bracket to one side.
7	Detach vent hose (4) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).	Model 190 except code U98 (LITHIUM-ION STARTER BATTERY (LISB)) : Check that the vent hose (4) is correctly seated. Otherwise leaking battery vapor may damage the vehicle.
8	Remove cover (5).
9	Disconnect positive line (6) from on-board electrical system battery (G1).	Nut, charging cable to negative terminal/positive terminal of on-board electrical system battery	*BA54.10-P-1005-01G
10	Remove on-board electrical system battery (G1).
11	Install in the reverse order.
