| 1 | Completely open soft top | ||
| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m) | ||
| 3 | Remove left and right sun visor (2) | ||
| 4 | Unclip left or right frame (3) and remove | Fig 1 | |
| 5 | Unclip paneling (4) toward rear bottom | Fig 1 | |
| 6 | Pull paneling (5) on left and right sides of vehicle down until electrical connector (9) and bolts (6) are accessible | ||
| 7 | Unclip, release and disconnect electrical connector (9) | ||
| 8 | Mark installation position of bolts (6) on windshield crossmember (7) | ||
| 9 | Unscrew bolts (6) and remove lock (1) on left or right from windshield crossmember (7) | Otherwise malfunction of the sensor can occur. Otherwise the factory adjustment of the soft top can be changed. |
