	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A
1	Unclip water deflectors (1) and remove.	Clip remover	Fig 2
2	Release supports (2) from the water deflectors (1) and remove.	: Remove adhesive residues and dirt using assembly cleaner. : Apply new tape to the original position of the bonding. : Position supports (2) with positive fit and without protrusion in relation to the water deflectors (1). 3M Acrylic Plus adhesive tape PT1100 double sided, black, 12 mm wide	*BR00.45-Z-1159-02A
		Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
3	Mark installation position of the supports (3) using suitable means.	Dimension (a) = approx 35 mm Dimension (b) = approx 45 mm
4	Loosen supports (3) from the trunk lid and remove.	Width of the marking (4): Right side of vehicle: Appox 6 mm Left side of vehicle: Approx. 3 mm : The marking (4) must point in the direction of travel. : Remove adhesive residues and dirt using assembly cleaner. : Apply new tape to the original position of the bonding. 3M Acrylic Plus adhesive tape PT1100 double sided black, 12 mm wide	*BR00.45-Z-1159-02A

5	Remove trunk lid trim.		AR88.50-P-0006RG
6	Pull supports (5) out of the trunk lid.	: Press supports (5) positively into the spoiler trenches. : Spray supports (5) with lubricant. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
7	Install in the reverse order.
