Remove/Install Line From Cartridge To Inerting System In Engine Compartment - AR86.10-P-0219GQA

Model 166, 292 With Engine 276, 278 With Code 2U8 (Alternative refrigerant)

WARNING Risk of injury during testing and repair operations related to pyrotechnical components Do not expose pyrotechnical component parts to temperatures above 100°C or 212°F. Disconnect current supply when working on such component parts. AS91.00-Z-0008-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Disconnect battery ground line   AR54.10-P-0003GZ
2 Remove trim panel (1) on the right    
3 Detach clamp (2) from inertization system line to engine compartment (3)    
4 Expose line set of inertization system line to engine compartment (3) from clamp (2) to rubber grommet (4) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Always replacing mounting material.  
5 Remove rear section of right front fender liner   AR88.10-P-1321GQC
6 Remove soundproofing element from rear section of fender    
7 Install pulling aid on upper end of line set of inertization system line to engine compartment (3)    
8 Loosen clamp (5)    
9 Expose line set of inertization system line to engine compartment (3) from clamp (5) to rubber grommet (4) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Always replacing mounting material.  
10 Remove line set on inertization system line to engine compartment (3) through rubber grommet (4) downward from vehicle    
11 Remove pulling aid from line set on inertization system line to engine compartment (3) When replacing inertization system line to engine compartment (3).  
12 Install in the reverse order
