| 3 | Remove front bumper | Remove/install front bumper Engine 642 in model 292 | AR88.20-P-2000GQC |

| 4 | Remove mounting bracket (4) | ||
| 5 | Pull charge air cooler (1) out of the upper mount (2) | ||
| 6 | Tilt charge air cooler (1) towards the front and remove from bumper (3) | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
