6.2	Set piston on cylinder 1 using a suitable tool to top dead center (ignition TDC)	For vehicles with crankshaft-belt pulley with freewheel. Rotate engine at crankshaft in direction of rotation of the engine until scribe mark for a 0° crank angle on pulley/vibration damper corresponds with scribe mark on cylinder crankcase.
7	Check basic position of the Lanchester balance shafts (1)	The marking on Lanchester housing (A) and marking on the Lanchester balance shaft (B) must be aligned with each other. 	Install
8	Install oil suction pipe (8) and oil spray protection (8a)	Replace O-ring (9) for oil suction pipe (8). Fully introduce oil suction pipe (8) into the oil pump (10).
9	Screw in oil suction pipe (8) bolts (7) and the oil spray protection (8a)		*BA18.10-P-1002-01O
