	Remove/install

1	Remove cylinder head cover trim
2	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150CD
3	Detach coolant pump switchover valve (Y133) on bracket (5) and lay down below	ENGINE 651 in MODEL 166, 172	AR20.10-P-3000GQ
4	Detach coolant pump switchover valve (B5/4) and place to one side	ENGINE 651 in MODEL 166, 172
5	Disconnect electrical connector (1)	ENGINE 651 in MODEL 204, 207, 212, 221
6	Unclip fastening clip (2) on air filter housing holder
7	Remove electrical connection (4) from bracket (3) and disconnect	ENGINE 651 in MODEL 166, 172
8	Remove temperature sensor upstream of turbocharger (B19/11)	Coat thread of the temperature sensor upstream of diesel particulate filter (B19/11) with heat-resistant lubricant. Exhaust temperature sensor in manifold	*BA15.60-P-1002-01D
		Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DB supply specification 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, read out DTC memory and erase if required
		Stored faults which may be caused by assembly work, test work, removed lines or a simulation, must be processed and erased in fault memories after completing the work.	AD00.00-P-2000-04A
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Carry out an engine test run and test exhaust system for leaktightness
