| 5 | Unscrew drain screw (2) on transfer case and drain oil | Collect escaping oil in a suitable container. Damage can otherwise occur. Dispose of old drain screw (2). Otherwise, this may lead to leakage and consequential damage. |

| 6 | Clean threaded hole of drain screw (2) in transfer case | ||
| Install | |||
| 7 | Screw new drain screw (2) into transfer case | Replace drain screw (2) each time it is removed. Otherwise, this may lead to leakage and consequential damage. |

| If less than 50 ml of oil flows out of the transfer case. ↓ Fill 100 ml into hand pump and repeat operation step 11. If more than 50 ml of oil flows out of the transfer case. ↓ Transfer case is sufficiently filled, continue with operation step 13. |

| 15 | Tighten new oil level screw (3) on transfer case | Replace oil level screw (3) each time it is unscrewed. Otherwise, this may lead to leakage and consequential damage. |
