	Remove/install
1	Detach charge air cooler (1) or charge air cooler (4) and place with attached coolant lines to one side	Model 463 with engine 279	AR09.41-P-6817MUD
		Model 217 with engine 279 Model 222 with engine 277, 279	AR09.41-P-6817MUB
2	Loosen clamp (6) and remove charge air line (2) upwards	Connection housing clamp at charge air cooler/electronic accelerator adjusting motor	*BA09.41-P-1013-01Q
3	Check charge air line (2) and clamp (6) for damage	If damage is present ↓ Replace charge air line (2) and clamp (6).
4	Clean and degrease charge air line (2) inside as well the connection fitting on throttle valve actuator (11)	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
5	Remove screw/bolt (7)	Only when removing the charge air pipe (3).
		Screw/bolt, charge air line spring U-bolt to turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1011-01Q
6	Remove screw/bolt (9)	Only when removing the charge air pipe (5).
		Screw/bolt, charge air line spring U-bolt to turbocharger	*BA09.41-P-1011-01Q
7	Detach retaining clamp (8)	Only when removing the charge air pipe (3).
8	Detach retaining clamp (10)	Only when removing the charge air pipe (5).
9	Remove charge air pipe (3) or charge air pipe (5)	Replace O-ring.
10	Install in the reverse order
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
11	Carry out an engine test run, checking the engine for proper operation and leaktightness
