Remove/install ABS measuring ring - AR42.30-P-0160GH

MODEL 461, 463 (except, 463.270/271) front axle with ABS brake system

	Remove/install
1	Disassemble axle shaft (2) on front axle	Except model 461.331	AR33.30-P-0700A
		Model 461.331	AR33.30-P-0700GX
2	Clamp input shaft (2).
3	Grind ABS measuring ring (1) down to 2 mm using a straight grinder (arrow) and separate with chisel	Do not damage axle shaft (2) in order to guarantee a correct seat of the ABS measuring ring (1).
		Straight grinder
4	Press on new ABS measuring ring (1)	Heat up ABS measuring ring (1) to approx. 80 °C and press on using a suitable tool.
5	Install in the reverse order
