| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Perform commissioning of powertrain control unit (N127). | ||
| AD00.00-P-2000-04B | |||
| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (at least 2 m). | ||
| 3 | Remove floor covering on front passenger side. | AR68.80-P-0008XG | |
| 4 | Remove stop plug (4). | ||
| 5 | Unscrew nuts (1). | ||
| 6 | Remove screws (2) of footrest (3). | ||
| 7 | Remove footrest (3) together with the powertrain control unit (N127) until the electrical connectors (5, 6) are accessible. | ||
| 8 | Disconnect electrical connectors (5). | ||
| 9 | Disconnect electrical connector (6). | ||
| 10 | Pull out and remove powertrain control unit (N127) out of guides of footrest (3). | ||
| 11 | Install in reverse order. |
