| 2 | Remove fan unit | AR20.40-P-5050ELA | |
| 3 | Remove rights strut upstream of charge air cooler | ENGINE 276.8 in MODEL 207.462/465 | |

| 4 | Remove right charge air pipe | AR09.41-P-8620ELS | |
| 5 | Remove poly-V belt from alternator (G2) | AR13.20-P-0001ELS | |
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connection (1) | ||
| 7 | Detach cap, unscrew nut and remove electrical line (4) from electrical connection (5) | *BA15.40-P-1002-01F | |
| 8 | Unclip electrical line (4) from holder and lay down to side | ||
| 9 | Remove screw/bolts (5) | *BA15.40-P-1001-01F | |
| 10 | Take alternator (G2) upwards and out | ||
| 11 | Install in the reverse order |
