	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min.2 m)
2	Remove upper engine cover		AR01.10-P-2405MNE
3	Remove left and right engine air intake ducts		AR09.10-P-1151MNE
3	Remove left and right engine air intake ducts		AR09.10-P-1152MNE
4	Remove upper radiator crossmember		AR62.30-P-2300LW
		Bolt, lock striker to cross member/front-module carrier	*BA62.30-P-1008-01H
		Screw, front module carrier/cross strut to body/angle bracket for front module carrier	*BA62.30-P-1007-01H
		M6x1	*BA00.10-P-1002-04A
		M8x1	*BA00.10-P-1004-04A
5	Release and disconnect electrical connection (1)
6	Unclip coolant line from fan unit (5)
7	Detach bleed line (2) from radiator
8	Unhook fan unit (5) from radiator frame
9	Remove center and front lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LWE
10	Press retaining lugs (3) backwards in direction of engine compartment and remove brackets (4)
11	Remove fan unit (5) upwards
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Check and correct coolant level	Coolant mixing ratio	*BF20.00-P-1001-04A
14	Calibrate Distance Pilot DISTRONIC controller unit	Engine 177 in Model 213 with code 239 (Adaptive cruise control Pro (DISTRONIC PRO))
