1. Install rear wall (1) and crossmember (2), fit and fix in place.
2. Rear wall (1) and crossmember (2) rp  (area A).

3. Drill rivet holes on rear wall (1) with Ø 6.7 mm bit (areas B, C and D).

   Drill rivet holes offset to impact nails in body (areas C).

   Drill rivet holes through existing holes in body (area D).

4. Remove rear wall (1).
5. Deburr rivet holes on rear wall (1) and body on both sides.
6. Remove drilling chips.
7. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint (areas B).

8. Rear wall (1) and den crossmember (2) rp (area E).

9. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

10. Install rear wall (1) and fix in place.
11. Rivet rear wall (1) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (areas F).
12. Rivet rear wall (1) with Ø 6.5x14.5 rivets (areas G).

13. Rear wall (1) rp (areas H).

14. Install mounting console (3), fit and fix in place.
15. Drill rivet holes on mounting console (3) with Ø 6.7 mm bit (areas I, I₁ , I₂ and J).

    Drill rivet holes offset to impact nails in body (areas J).

    Drill rivet holes from outside (area I₂ ).

16. Countersink rivet holes from top (area I₁ ).
17. Remove mounting console (3).
18. Deburr rivet holes on mounting console (3) and body on both sides.
19. Remove drilling chips.
20. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint (areas I, I₁ and I₂ ).
21. Apply 2-component adhesive to crosshatched area of body.

    Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

22. Install right mounting console (3) and fix in place.
23. Rivet right mounting console (3) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (areas K).
24. Rivet right mounting console (3) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas L).
25. Rivet right mounting console (3) with Ø 6.4x15.5 countersunk-head rivet from top (area N).
26. Rivet right mounting console (3) with Ø 6.4x12 rivet from top (area K₁ ).
27. Right mounting console (3) rp (area M).

28. Install left mounting console (4), fit and fix in place.
29. Drill rivet holes on left mounting console (4) with Ø 6.7 mm bit (areas O, P and P₁ ).

    Drill rivet holes offset to impact nails in body (areas O).

30. Countersunk rivet holes from top (area P1).
31. Remove left mounting console (4).
32. Deburr rivet holes on mounting console (4) and body on both sides.
33. Remove drilling chips.
34. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint (areas P and P₁ ).
35. Apply 2-component adhesive to crosshatched area of body.

    Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

36. Install left mounting console (4) and fix in place.
37. Rivet left mounting console (4) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (area Q).
38. Rivet left mounting console (4) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (areas R).
39. Rivet left mounting console (4) with Ø 6.4x15.5 countersunk-head rivet from top (area S).
40. Rivet left mounting console (4) with Ø 6.4x12 rivet from top (area R₁ ).
41. Left mounting console (4) RP (area T).
