Remove/Install Wheel Arch Liner On Front Fender - AR88.80-P-0005LWT

	Remove
1	Raise vehicle		AR00.60-P-1002LWG
2	Unclip wheel arch liner (1) first from front retaining clips (arrows A) and then from rear retaining clips (arrows b) on front bumper (2)
3	Heat wheel arch liner (1) and detach from front fender (3)
	000 588 00 84 00 Heat gun		WS54.00-P-0049B
		Wheel arch liner (1) is bonded to front fender (3) and must be replaced after removal.

	Clean
4	Remove adhesive residues from front fender (3) and clean bonding surfaces
	Notes on removing adhesive residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with surface conditioning disks		AH00.00-P-0013-01AK
		Do not touch bonding surfaces with bare fingers and they should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the strength of the adhesive connection can be impaired and proper adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.
		Observe air drying time for cleaning agent. Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
	Install
5	Hook new wheel arch liner (1) first into rear retaining clips (arrows B) and then clip into front retaining clips (arrows A) on front bumper (2)
6	Remove protective foils (4) on adhesive strips from wheel arch liner (1) starting in rear area and press on wheel arch liner (1)	When pressing on, press directly on adhesive strips on wheel well liner (1).
7	Lower vehicle		AR00.60-P-1002LWG
