7	Unscrew bolts (2, 3) from panoramic roof guide rail (1)	Observe installation location on bolts (3). Number of bolts (3) depends on change status of panoramic roof guide rail (1).
8	Remove panoramic roof guide rail (1) from panoramic sliding roof and pull panoramic roof drive cable (5) out of guide tube (6)
	Install
9	Manually turn back compensation elements (7)	Expansion elements (7) should be easy to move. Otherwise the panoramic roof guide rail (1) can be damaged when tightening.
10	Install panoramic roof drive cable (5) in guide tube (6) and insert panoramic roof guide rail (1) in panoramic sliding roof frame	Carefully insert panoramic roof guide rail (1). Otherwise the guide tubes (6) can be damaged.
11	Tighten bolt (2) on panoramic roof guide rail (1)
12	Tighten bolt (4) on panoramic roof guide rail (1)
13	Position bolts (3) on panoramic roof guide rail (1)	Tighten bolts (3) only after installing front panoramic roof sliding roof. Observe installation location on bolts (3). Number of bolts (3) depends on change status of panoramic roof guide rail (1).
14	Push sliding roof mechanism on left and right panoramic roof guide rail (1) completely toward front to limit stop
15	Install panoramic sliding roof motor		AR77.21-P-6995NKA
16	Connect overhead control panel control unit to vehicle wiring harness and completely adjust mechanical sliding roof components toward rear to limit stop	Leave overhead control panel control unit connected.

18	Install panoramic roof roller sun blind drive cable		AR77.21-P-0230NKA
		Do not install headliner.
19	Close panoramic sliding roof
20.1	Push rear edge on panoramic sliding roof at transition to rear headliner downward and tighten bolts (3) on left and right panoramic roof guide rail (1)	Model 117, 156, 176 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Push rear edge approx. 1 mm deeper than rear headliner. After tightening, the rear edge of the closed sliding roof must be flush or max. 2 mm higher than the rear headliner.
20.2	Push rear edge on panoramic sliding roof at transition to rear headliner downward and tighten bolts (3) on left and right panoramic roof guide rail (1)	Model 205.0/1/2 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Model 222 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Model 253 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) Push rear edge approx. 1 mm deeper than rear fixed glass section. After tightening, the rear edge of the closed panoramic sliding roof must be flush or max. 2 mm higher than the rear fixed glass section.
