Remove/Install Connecting Flange Of Charge Air Distributor On Left Cylinder Head - AR09.41-P-0009MMV

	Remove
1	Remove charge air distributor		AR09.41-P-8683MMV
2	Remove screw/bolts (9) of left connecting flange (11) from outwards inwards
3	Remove left connecting flange (11) upwards
4	Close off intake ports of left cylinder head with rags
	Clean
5	Remove sealant residues on left connecting flange (11) and on left cylinder head	The sealing surfaces on the left connecting flange (11) and on the left cylinder head must not have any foreign objects, scratches or grooves. Non-observance leads to leakage between the left connecting flange (11) and left cylinder head. Do not use any sharp-edged tools or abrasive paper. The sealing surfaces can get damaged otherwise. Loctite 7200	*BR00.45-Z-1038-04A
	Install
6	Replace seals of left connecting flange (11) on left cylinder head
7	Remove rags from intake ports of left cylinder head
8	Position left connecting flange (11) on left cylinder head
9	Remove screw/bolts (9) of left connecting flange (11) from inside outwards	Screw/bolt, intermediate flange to cylinder head	*BA09.41-P-1004-01R
10	Install charge air distributor		AR09.41-P-8683MMV
