| 5 | Release and disconnect electrical connection at pressure sensor downstream of throttle valve (B28/7) | ||
| 6 | Detach check valve (4) at charge air distributor (3) | ||
| 7 | Detach engine wiring harness for removal of left and right cylinder head cover | AR01.00-P-2410-04MMV | |
| 8 | Unfasten screw clamp (5) on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 9 | Release and disconnect electrical connection from throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 10 | Remove screw/bolts (7) crosswise from inside outwards and detach charge air distributor (3) with throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 11 | Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charge air distributor (3) | When replacing the charge air distributor (3). | AR07.51-P-1401MMV |

| 12 | Remove sealing residue on charge air distributor (3) and on left connecting flange | Non-observance leads to leakage between the charge air distributor (3) and the left connecting flange. The sealing surfaces can get damaged otherwise. Loctite 7200 |
