| 4 | Release left outside mirror surround lamp (M21/1e1) or right outside mirror surround lamp (M21/2e1) from catch hook (2) (arrow A). | ||
| 5 | Release catch hooks (3) from housing (4). | ||
| 6 | Extend left outside mirror surround lamp (M21/1e1) or right outside mirror surround lamp (M21/2e1) (arrow B), pushing housing (4) slightly downward while doing so (arrow C). | Carefully push housing (4) downwards, and not too far. Otherwise, the housing (4) may be damaged. |
