Remove/install low temperature water circuit radiator - AR09.41-P-6935NKE

ENGINE 780 in MODEL 242

DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit   AR09.41-P-6834NKE 
IMPORTANT Notes on coolant   AH20.00-N-2080-01A
2 Remove front bumper   AR88.20-P-2000NKB
3 Remove lower air duct segment (2) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure correct seating.  
4 Unlock and disconnect coolant lines (3, 4) IMPORTANT Collect flowing out coolant in a suitable container.  
5 Unclip coolant lines (3, 5) from radiator low-temperature circuit (1) (arrows A)    
6 Push release lugs (6) upwards (arrow B) and remove low-temperature water circuit radiator (1)    
7 Install in the reverse order    
8 Pour in coolant and bleed cooling system low-temperature circuit   AR20.00-P-1142-04AK

INSPECT Check     
9 Check low-temperature circuit cooling system for leaktightness   AR20.00-P-1010NKE
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
10 Perform an engine test run while checking low-temperature circuit for proper function
