Remove/install windshield washer hose - AR82.35-P-6980NKB

DANGER Injury hazard from pinching and crushing, in extreme cases extremities can even be cut off when caught in windshield wiper mechanism. Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism. AS82.30-Z-0001-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove driver-side wiper arm (5) MODEL 176, 242, 246  
AR82.30-P-6100NKB 
2 Remove cover (6) MODEL 176, 242, 246  
3 Unclip clip (15) from left shielding (14) MODEL 176, 242, 246  
SPECIAL TOOL Clip remover Fig 4
4 Unclip windshield washer nozzle (2) from engine hood IMPORTANT Release windshield washer nozzles (2) at bottom and remove upwards.  
5 Unclip brackets (3, 4) SPECIAL TOOL Clip remover Fig 4
6 Unscrew bolt (7) MODEL 176, 242, 246  
7 Unhook ground line (8) from bracket of fuse box (arrow)    
8 Expose washer fluid hose (1) as far as left front lamp unit    
9 Raise vehicle with vehicle lift   AR00.60-P-1000AK
10 Remove left front fender liner until washer fluid hose (1) is accessible   AR88.10-P-1300NKB
11 Disconnect spray nozzle and spray nozzle hose heater electrical connector (13) MODEL 156, 176, 242, 246
with CODE 875 (Heated windscreen washer system)
IMPORTANT The spray nozzle and spray nozzle hose heater electrical connector (13) is located on the windshield washer system pump (10).
 
12 Disconnect washer fluid hose (1) from windshield washer system pump (10) NOTES
Carefully separate washer fluid hose (1).
Otherwise damage to the windshield washer system pump (10) may occur thereby resulting in leaks due to tilting of the hose coupling.
IMPORTANT Collect any escaping window washer fluid in a suitable container.
 
13 Unclip brackets (11, 12)    
14 Expose washer fluid hose (1) and remove    
15 Install in the reverse order    
16 Correct fluid level of windshield washer system
