REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove engine cover (1).    
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR   Model 463 with engine 176
as of Model year 2019		 AR01.10-P-2405XGA
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR   Model 463 with engine 177
as of Model year 2019		 AR01.10-P-2405XGC
    Model 463 with engine 264
as of Model year 2019		 AP01.10-P-2405-01I
REFER TO TESTING & REPAIR   Model 463 with engine 656
as of Model year 2019		 AR01.10-P-2405XGE
INSPECT Check     
2 Check visible systems and component parts in the engine compartment for condition, leaks and mounting. IMPORTANTIf necessary, use commercially available devices/tools. 
Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1
IMPORTANT Engine and mounted major assemblies, Exhaust system,
Cooling system,
Heater and A/C system,
Fuel system,
Steering,
Brake system,
Electrical components.
If problems occur,
↓
rectify the problems.
IMPORTANT After obtaining special order.		  
3 Check visible systems and component parts in the engine compartment for condition, leaks and mounting. Equipment-dependent.
IMPORTANTIf necessary, use commercially available devices/tools. 
Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1
IMPORTANT Inerting system,
Stationary heater
If problems occur,
↓
rectify the problems.
IMPORTANT After obtaining special order.		  
4 Check that visible lines and hoses in the engine compartment are in good condition, are not leaking, are routed correctly and are attached securely. IMPORTANTIf necessary, use commercially available devices/tools. 
Swiveling inspection mirror with lighting, comparable to inspection mirror Hazet 1977-1
IMPORTANT Engine and mounted major assemblies,
Exhaust system,
Cooling system,
Heater and A/C system,
Fuel system,
Steering,
Brake system,
Electrical components.
If problems occur,
↓
rectify the problems.
IMPORTANT After obtaining special order.		  
5 Check that visible lines and hoses in the engine compartment are in good condition, are not leaking, are routed correctly and are attached securely. Equipment-dependent.

6 Check visible systems, component parts and body panels, lines and hoses in the engine compartment on vehicle underside for damage, routing, leaks, mounting and corrosion.   AP00.20-P-0054GA 
INSTALLING Install     
7 Install engine cover (1).
