Remove/Install brake disc - AR42.10-P-0220EWE

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/Install 
1.1 Remove brake caliper (1) with brake linings on front axle and fasten with attached lines free of tension to the vehicle When removing front brake disk (3) with fixed-caliper brake.

1.2 Remove brake caliper (1) with brake caliper support on front axle and fasten with attached lines free of tension to the vehicle When removing front brake disk (3) with floating-caliper brake.

2 Remove brake caliper (1) with brake caliper support on rear axle and fasten with attached lines free of tension to the vehicle When removing rear brake disk (3)

3 Remove safety screw (2) and take off brake disk (3) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace locking bolt (2). With 6-piston brake calipers, observe marking indicating direction of rotation. With ceramic brake system, observe marking for installation side.

4 Clean contact surface and interference fir of brake disk (3)
5 Lightly grease interference fit of brake disk (3) Paste hot lubrication 1kg, DBL 6879.20 *BR00.45-Z-1005-06A 
6 Install in the reverse order
